Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will manage the technical aspects of the HCM Cloud area, including OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts. Responsibilities include developing business rules using Fast Formulas, managing approval rules and security, and maintaining existing reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the QA team during integration testing and participate in daily meetings with onshore stakeholders to align on business requirements.
