Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional professional with over 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud product solutions. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications, specifically in key modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Proficiency in technical tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts, is essential for this role.
This position requires providing technical guidance, leading implementations, and optimizing HCM Cloud solutions. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will engage with various stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving skills are also necessary for effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues.
