Job Description

Virtusa is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Oracle HRIS Business Analyst (BA) to enhance our HR processes and systems. The successful candidate will be tasked with documenting our system landscape, mapping existing HR systems and their integrations, and outlining critical business processes including new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and talent management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background as a Business Analyst in Oracle HRIS, along with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
