Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Team Member to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. Key areas of operations will include managing disbursements for various loan products such as personal/business loans, commercial vehicle loans, and tractor finance.
Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of experience handling similar retail asset products. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Excel operations with a good typing speed, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow the bank’s guidelines.
The role requires effective teamwork to facilitate smooth loan disbursements and ensure adherence to operational standards.
