Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our Clearing Operations department. The ideal candidate will manage inward and outward cheque verification, coordinate with branches and other banks to handle queries, and maintain daily MIS. Additional responsibilities include processing transfer cheques, managing returns, and handling IPO ASBA applications.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, particularly in team handling and vendor coordination. Proficiency in banking functions, Ms Office, and Finacle is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts are required.
