Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Team Member to manage the disbursement of various retail asset products, including personal and business loans, commercial vehicle loans, and tractor financing.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling similar financial products, a strong understanding of retail asset operations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and good typing speed are essential.
The successful applicant will be an effective team player, capable of following the bank’s guidelines and willing to learn new processes and systems. Experience with project workflows is preferred.
