Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking an Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will coordinate with various process and product teams, conduct trainings, and ensure the implementation of processes released to RPCs. Key responsibilities include performing GL reconciliation, conducting audits in collaboration with IAD, and implementing quality checks for retail operations.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of KYC regulations, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data extraction queries (DWH, SQL) is a plus. An eye for detail and experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders are essential for this role.
