Job Description
Intellihealth Solutions Pvt Ltd | Truemeds seeks a full-time, on-roll Operations Supervisor in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in outbound warehouse operations, preferably within pharmaceuticals, and a graduate degree.
- Oversee daily dispatches, manpower allocation, stock movement, packaging, labelling, loading, and billing support.
- Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and drive continuous process improvement.
Compensation: ₹24,00–₹26,00 per month (inclusive of PF and paid leave). Opportunities for career growth within pharmaceutical logistics are available.
