Job Description
We are seeking committed Operations Staff to manage our delivery and pickup operations effectively. The core responsibilities include:
Delivery Duties
- Accurately load shipments according to designated routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Complete all necessary documentation such as Proof of Delivery (POD), Freight on Delivery (FOD), Delivery Order (DOD), and Collect on Delivery (COD).
- Meet established delivery targets consistently.
Pickup Duties
- Conduct pickups in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Verify shipments against relevant invoices to ensure accuracy.
