Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as an Operations Quality Control Specialist. You will coordinate with various process and product teams, conduct training for RPCs, and ensure the implementation of released processes. Your responsibilities include performing GL reconciliation, liaising with compliance and audit departments, and executing quality control checks. A strong understanding of KYC guidelines and proficient skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential. You will also be responsible for identifying controls for system validations and conducting regular vendor visits.
