Job Description
UNHR is seeking an ideal Operations Executive to assist pet parents with our exceptional grooming services. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and a knack for addressing customer queries effectively. You will coordinate with our grooming vans to provide top-tier service, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling B2C customer queries
- Tracking customer journeys
- Client servicing and appointment scheduling
- Overseeing grooming van operations
- Collecting customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in customer service
- Fluency in English
