Job Description
WNS Global Services, a premier Business Process Management (BPM) provider, is seeking an Operations Associate to become part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring process updates, meeting productivity targets, and contributing to the achievement of team objectives. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills in English, a commitment to integrity, and excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and be available for rotational shifts while completing necessary training.
Required Qualifications: A graduate degree is mandatory, with IATA certification preferred. Strong communication skills and a readiness to work in shifts are essential. Additional qualifications such as IATA/UFTAA certification, a diploma in Travel & Tourism, and experience in PRA are advantageous.
