Job Description

Autumn Rooms is looking for a committed Operations Associate to oversee our accommodation sourcing and partner relations. In this role, you will identify and engage with potential accommodation providers, negotiate advantageous terms, and ensure adherence to our company standards and the needs of our students.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory data, facilitating onboarding processes, and analyzing property performance to recommend enhancements. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to improve listing visibility and overall performance.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
