Job Description
Goal: To ensure seamless operation of internal systems across teams.
Role Summary: The Operations Coordinator will be the key player in maintaining daily activities—facilitating regular team meetings, ensuring accountability, and fostering effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews with mechanical, service, operations, and finance teams.
- Monitor deliverables and timelines, while escalating and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage structured reporting and documentation systems.
- Identify workflow gaps and propose enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure cross-functional team alignment to accomplish company objectives.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,852.59 – ₹30,448.37 per month
Benefits: Food provided, Provident Fund.
