Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a skilled Operational Risk Management Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have awareness of Operational Risk Management and proficiency with tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Loss Database.
Key responsibilities include performing back testing of RCSA control testing, monitoring the timely renewal of RCSAs, and conducting thematic reviews. Job requirements include proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a CA/MBA or relevant experience in control functions considered an advantage.
