We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to manage daily activities within the SG Group, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This role is vital for ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Provide precise delivery information to clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and team members.
- Adhere to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track and update job costs and financial figures promptly.
Qualifications: A minimum degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English are required.
