Job Description
Aaryan Tours and Travels is seeking a dedicated Operation Executive to manage new bookings, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, manage payments, maintain financial records, and provide travel reports to the head office.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Daily management of bookings and driver allocation
- Documentation and reporting, including duty slips and vehicle servicing records
- Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-up with clients
