Job Description

Location: Malad West

Job Description:

• Handle various payment methods for billings including OPD, IPD, Casualty, OT & Day Care.
• Welcome patients and stakeholders, providing information about services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and tests, coordinating with consultants.
• Manage indoor admissions, consent documentation, and financial counseling.
• Notify Medicolegal cases as required.
• Arrange external transfers and communicate with involved parties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
