Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, results-driven Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and online marketplaces. Responsibilities include sharing saree photos, videos, pricing and fabric specifications; converting leads and recording orders; coordinating packing and dispatch; maintaining daily sales reports (Excel/Sheets); producing basic content or collaborating with a designer; and collecting customer feedback.
- Requirements: polite communicator, strong closing skills, basic WhatsApp Business and Excel proficiency. Saree fabric knowledge advantageous (training provided).
- Qualifications: 10th / 12th / any degree — freshers welcome. Full‑time. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
