BeastDrive is looking for a dedicated and personable Online Chat Representative to support our customers via live chat. In this role, you will address inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services. Ideal candidates should have excellent written communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the capability to multitask effectively.
Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Hindi or other languages being an additional advantage. Candidates should also possess strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
