Job Description
KIMS Hospitals is looking for a committed Office Secretary to be the face of our office. This crucial role supports the Director and ensures smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage communications and coordinate office activities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Assist in the planning of office events and activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,562.42 – ₹34,571.24 per month
