Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Office Executive to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will take charge of various responsibilities, including:

• Coordinating with assistants in Japan and around the world to arrange meetings and travel.
• Managing expense reports and invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Providing phone coverage and support to senior executives.
• Organizing meeting schedules, including conference calls and video conferences.
• Formatting presentations and distributing meeting minutes effectively.
• Planning departmental public relations activities, special events, and seminars.

This is a full-time, permanent position open to freshers.

Salary: ₹17,012.09 – ₹27,971.34 per month.
