Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Boy with a technical mindset and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess experience in office management and excel in a collaborative team environment while being responsive to management requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor orders and project schedules.
- Assist the team with data entry and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies and budgets.
- Promote services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings with clients.
- Enhance sales and follow up with clients.
- Address client inquiries effectively.
Required Skills: Competitive, focused, a team player, with excellent verbal communication skills. An MCWG license is required; an LMV license is a plus.
