Job Description

The St. Augustine Education Society is currently seeking a dedicated Office Assistant for its affiliated school in Shyamnagar, which caters to students from Lower Nursery to Class XII under the CISCE (ICSE & ISC) curriculum.

Position: Office Assistant

Qualifications: A graduate degree with secretarial training and at least 5 years of experience in a school setting; female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the principal’s calendar and appointments.
• Prepare documents and maintain organized filing systems.
• Professionally manage communications and welcome visitors.

Compensation: ₹20,00 – ₹28,00 per month
