Job Description
INTEGRID, a leading architect design firm located in Pune, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator for our SB Road office.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Office Management Software
- Excellent communication and typing skills in English and Marathi
- Pune-based candidates only
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone communication and maintain contact records
- Oversee document filing and project documentation
- Coordinate maintenance contracts and monitor office equipment
- Handle purchasing of office supplies and maintain inventory
Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹18,500/month
