FLY FAST CARRIERS is looking for a reliable Office Administrative Assistant to enhance our logistics team. The successful candidate will oversee and document daily vehicle entries and exits at our facility. Main duties include verifying driver documents and logbooks, ensuring the accuracy of records both digitally and physically, and managing shipping and vehicle scheduling paperwork. You will collaborate with drivers and dispatchers to maintain efficient operations and assist with the timely filing and archiving of daily reports.
