Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Incharge to join our team at Athulya Assisted Living. The ideal candidate will restore and promote patient health by completing the nursing process, collaborating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and providing both physical and psychological support to patients and their families. A strong emphasis on establishing rapport and creating a compassionate environment is essential.
PREFERRED: – Clinical Experience is mandatory – Working knowledge in NABH is mandatory – Good interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATION: B.SC (Nursing) or M.Sc (Nursing)
EXPERIENCE: 8 to 12 years
