Job Description
Xpertech Talent Ai Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Input data into the company’s computer platform to maintain updated customer records.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,450.00 – ₹17,560.00 per month
Benefits include a flexible schedule and leave encashment, with a Monday to Friday work week.
Preferred Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Location: Green Park, Delhi (In-person work required).
