Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to become part of our Non-Voice Process team. This position is dedicated to providing customer support and handling data entry through email and chat—there will be no phone interactions involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Conduct accurate data entry and verification tasks.
- Adhere to company guidelines to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the relevant teams as necessary.
Qualifications: Minimum of a 12th-grade pass or graduate, strong written English skills, basic computer knowledge, a typing speed of 30 WPM, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Salary: ₹19,773.40 – ₹33,947.17 per month
