Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will provide customer support and perform data entry tasks through email and chat, without the need for phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Conduct data entry and verification tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to guidelines for resolving customer issues.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records as necessary.
Qualifications: Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade or possess a graduate degree, demonstrate strong written English skills, and have basic computer knowledge.
Salary: ₹19,770.74 – ₹33,944.24/month. Shifts: Available in Day, Morning, and Night.
