Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions through non-voice channels. You will resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Collaboration with team members to enhance customer service methods and strategies is essential. Staying updated with product knowledge and service offerings will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will identify and escalate priority issues as necessary and prepare reports on customer interactions.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month.
