Job Description
Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will interact with international customers through chat platforms. Your main tasks will include explaining our services, addressing customer queries, and meeting sales targets. You are expected to maintain high-quality responses during your 8-hour shifts.
Who Can Apply: We invite applications from individuals aged 18-32, including 12th pass or non-science graduates with basic English writing skills. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. Please note, applicants must reside outside Pune city.
