Job Description
Plasma Softech is seeking dedicated candidates for the position of Non-Voice Process Associate. Responsibilities include following up with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints via email and chat. Manage inbound customer calls professionally.
Requirements: Freshers and candidates up to 28 years old are welcome. Proficiency in Hindi is required; English is preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th pass with excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹9,646.38 – ₹35,639.20 per month. Schedule: Various shifts available.
