Job Description
Olive e-Business Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include following up with customers, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and resolving complaints.
We welcome freshers aged up to 28 years with excellent communication skills in Hindi and preferably English. A minimum qualification of 12th pass is required. Immediate joiners with a customer-focused attitude are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹9,582.64 – ₹38,531.86 per month. Shifts: Day, Morning, and Night.
