Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Non-Voice Process Associates at IPsoft Global Services Pvt Ltd. Your responsibilities will include following up with customers, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and resolving complaints. Freshers under 28 years with Hindi proficiency are encouraged to apply. Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Excellent communication skills are essential. Immediate joiners preferred.
