Job Description
DreamSoft IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Non-Voice Process Associates to join our team. Responsibilities include following up with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues via email and chat.
Requirements: Max age 28, fluency in Hindi (English preferred), minimum qualification of 12th pass. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹9,736.86 to ₹36,008.74 per month. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. In-person work with shifts available.
