Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Process Associates. Your primary responsibilities will include following up with customers, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and resolving complaints professionally.
We welcome fresher candidates under 28, fluent in Hindi and preferably English, with a minimum qualification of 12th pass and excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹9,663.45 – ₹35,790.78 per month. Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning, Night. Location: In person.
