Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for dedicated Non-Voice Process Associates. You will follow up with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints via email and chat. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Requirements: Freshers welcome, age up to 28, proficiency in Hindi (English preferred), 12th Pass, immediate joiners prioritized.
Pay: ₹9,663.45 – ₹35,790.78/month
