Job Description
Join Ascentx Software Development Pvt Ltd as a Non-Voice Process Associate. You will follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through email and chat.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and able to resolve issues professionally. Freshers are welcome to apply, aged up to 28. Proficiency in Hindi is required; English is preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
