Job Description
Alpha Analytics Services Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Process Associates. In this role, you will follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, respond to inquiries through email and chat, and resolve issues while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements: Age up to 28, must speak Hindi (English preferred), 12th pass, excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹9,233.08 – ₹35,353.39 per month
