Peak Performance Advisors (OPS) PVTLTD is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and meticulous Non IT Recruiter to join our team at Sankar IAS Academy in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for both academic and administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and databases.
- Facilitate effective onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month. Full-time position.
