Job Description

Navata Road Transport, a leading logistics company with 670+ branches across India, is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter for its Hyderabad office.

• Responsibilities: end-to-end recruitment; sourcing via job portals, social media, and referrals; resume screening, shortlisting, and closing positions within TAT.
• Requirements: 1–3 years of non-IT recruitment experience; MBA (HR) or graduate; proven use of Naukri and other job portals.
• Skills: strong sourcing, screening, presentation, and communication abilities; proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
• Job type: Full-time, on-site (Hyderabad). Salary: ₹18,00–₹28,00/month. Benefits: health insurance and provident fund.
