Job Description
We are actively searching for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to support our clients across diverse industries by identifying qualified candidates that align with their specific requirements. In this role, you will stay current with evolving job needs and quickly adapt to changes in job roles. Your duties will include posting job descriptions on social media and job portals, reviewing candidate profiles, and presenting the top candidates to clients.
You will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to attract the right talent, promoting our company culture, and submitting detailed hiring reports to management.
