Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of roles, including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Manufacturing. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an effective candidate pipeline.
