Job Description
As an L2 NOC Representative, you will act as the primary liaison between Amazon and rail delivery partners, troubleshooting partner issues, managing escalations, expediting critical service, and recommending process improvements. You will communicate professionally, meet performance targets, manage time effectively, and analyze trends to enhance operations.
- Basic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- Preferred: undergraduate degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or computer science, or prior experience with Amazon or affiliates.
