Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced NGO Fundraiser to join Bombay Surgical Co. The ideal candidate will execute resource mobilization strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing donors.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand resource needs.
- Implement strategic partnerships for funding opportunities.

Requirements:
- Management degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years total experience, with 2-3 years in fundraising.
