Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Network Voice Admin with expertise in managing voice infrastructure including CUCM, CUC, and UCCX. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in voice protocol suites such as SIP and H.323, and experience in configuring PRI and SIP lines.
Key responsibilities include leading collaboration infrastructure projects, documenting telephony systems, and providing 24×7 support. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively with other technology teams are essential.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
