Job Description
Raygain Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage escalation support and ticket requests. Responsibilities include installation and configuration of L-2 & L-3 switches, VLANs, WLC, ISE, and APs, as well as routine maintenance like firmware upgrades and backups. Candidates should be CCNA certified and familiar with call center IVR, VOIP, and system security.
