Job Description

Vawsum Schools Pvt Ltd (Kolkata) seeks a proactive, tech‑savvy Nepali Customer Service Representative for a full‑time, permanent role (freshers welcome) with local travel. You will manage customer inquiries, technical support, onboarding training and demonstrations, and coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams.

• Requirements: graduate (any stream); Nepali fluency required; good spoken/written English preferred; strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer support or training is advantageous.
