Job Description

In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our facilities through a range of responsibilities. Your tasks will include performing preventive maintenance, addressing guest room maintenance requests, and conducting daily system inspections. You will also be responsible for maintaining HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with IHG standards, and supporting our energy conservation initiatives while coordinating efforts with other departments.
